It’s never been more important to take care of ourselves. The health and wellbeing of our teams is an absolute priority and we are monitoring the government advice daily with regards to COVID-19,

This means that deliveries may take between 3 - 5 days to reach you and returns may take more time to process than usual, whilst we take extra measures to ensure the health and safety of our warehouse and logistical team, consistent with government recommendations.

Once your item has shipped, you can track your delivery with Royal Mail by adding your Tracking Number here. Your tracking number can be found on your shipping confirmation email.

We offer FREE delivery on orders above £60 to the UK Mainland as standard (Monday to Saturday).

The vast majority of our deliveries within the UK are provided by a secured courier service to ensure the highest convenience to you. If you provide us with your mobile telephone number we will send you a text letting you know when to expect your delivery, ensuring that you do not need to wait home all day.

Tracking Your Order

Once you’ve placed an order, we’ll send you an Order Confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, we'll send you a Shipment Confirmation email to let you know when we’ve dispatched your order and how to track it.

If you are unable to accept a delivery for any reason, our courier company will attempt to delivery to a neighbour, leave in a safe place or alternatively you can follow the redelivery instructions that will be sent to you by the courier company.

International Delivery

December 2020 Update - Please note, we are currently seeing delays to countries that have special measures or restrictions in place which may affect delivery times.

Please note, orders that are shipping outside of the UK will not be charged UK sales tax but maybe subject to customs charges and tax that will need to be paid directly. This affects orders placed both in £ and in Euro.

Delivery rules and restrictions

Redelivery of returned orders will incur an additional delivery payment.

All delivery charges are subject to change.

We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or BFPO addresses.

Signatures are required upon all deliveries, so please ensure your delivery address is ready to accept deliveries. If you are not able to sign for the delivery yourself, please ensure you know the person who is signing on your behalf.
